When are the classes?
All Brackley classes are held at The Well Retreat, Unit 2 Glebe Farm, Turweston, Brackley, NN13 5JE
A regular timetable will restart in September providing circumstance allow.
Monday 10th & 24th August 8am
Tuesday 11th & 25th August 7.15pm
Saturday 15th & 29th August 8am HITT
Studio Classes (class sizes max 8)
If we fill these classes there is a possibility of running more on Thursdays.
Tuesday 11th & 25th August
6pm - Mixed ability
8.10pm - Men's only
What is Pilates all about?
Pilates was founded by Joseph Pilates over a hundred years ago and has grown in popularity in the UK since the 1990’s. Pilates is designed to strengthen the muscles, increase flexibility and mobility in the joints, as well as decrease stress levels and improve concentration. The muscles will begin to realign and you will become more aware of your posture in everyday activities.
Haven’t tried Pilates before?
Don’t fear, unless stated, classes are mixed ability, you will be given different levels to work at and you will work at a level that suits you, with my care and support.
What will I need?
You MUST bring your own Pilates/Yoga mat. You will need to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water and a hand towel.
How long are the classes?
The classes are 50 minutes including relaxation at the end.
How much are the classes?
Classes are £8.50 each and are PayGo for the summer. You will pay online using a PayPal platform, which is a secure and safe method of payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account, you can use a credit/debit cards plus other methods to send payment, but payment secures your booking.
