Caren has provided massages for myself, my husband and our 15 year old son.
Our son was recovering from a sports injury and had not been able to play football for several weeks. He played a full match the weekend after his massage.
Caren has also provided us with several creams all of which have done exactly what they were meant to.
On entering Caren's treatment room you instantly feel relaxed. She has a magical way about her that truly makes you forget about what is going on 'outside' of the room and that 'you' are the most important person in the world.

We've been to two Baby Massage sessions and I just wanted to say how fab it is! Caren is so calming and patient, and the massage techniques really do work, especially the moves for aiding digestion! The oils we use are lovely, and I use them at home too. My baby really seems to enjoy the massage, and has slept beautifully afterwards. Caren's baby massage course is highly recommended.

"Caren is a superstar. Had a lush full body hot stones massage and slept like a dream afterwards. Then arranged a pamper party with my new mummy friends, everyone said how great their treatments were (mixture if back, shoulder & neck massage, Indian head massage and foot massage). Also using the hormone balance cream & can honestly say that I feel more calm and happy. Booked me and my husband in for a massage at home next week (so we don't need a babysitter!). Can't wait - look forward to learning some of your skills at baby massage. Thx Caren, so glad I met you!

I had to share my news with you. I slept for 8 solid hrs last night and i have not done that in months, i can't even remember the last time i slept that long, i didn't wake up till my alarm clock went off, i was shocked. So that aromatherapy blend was defo brilliant for me. Thank you so much Caren. x

Caren is amazing! I contacted her after seeing a physiotherapist, chiropractor, and Osteopath for pregnancy related back and leg pain with little results. I would highly recommend Caren to anyone looking for results. She is always professional, timely, and detail orientated, but beyond that her caring attitude and the focus on adapting each session to meeting my needs is outstanding. I’ve been to other massage therapists before but she has been by far the best!

I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday - so sore saw caren last night she massaged and did some cupping on the area i have had the most comfortable sound sleep and I have no pain at all today Thank you so much

had a cupping massage on mon for a frozen shoulder, it was brilliant. Think its fab especially if you like deep massage would def recommend thanks caren

Just had a cupping session!!! Its was fantastic especially if you enjoy really deep massage!! avoid if you're about to go on holiday though as it does leave marks!! would definately recommend it if you have shoulder/back ache.

WOW, I've just had a hot stone back, neck and shoulders and it was AMAZING - it just keeps getting better. The treatment really worked on the painful areas and Caren, you're SO good at what you do - where would we be without you?! Thanks x x x
