Hello, welcome to my website

My name is Caren, and I love massage and aromatherapy.I have always had an interest in complementary therapies and enjoy working with people. As a massage therapist I get to combine the two and help people find relief from the stress and tension they carry in their bodies.

I decided to offer a service for those who have busy lives or childcare issues. I am also a busy mum and know how difficult it is to find the time or childcare to pop down to their local clinic or salon. Some people prefer to have a treatment when they've finished their working day or perhaps when the children are in tucked up in bed. There is nothing more relaxing than receiving a massage when your working, busy day is done and finished or when the children are in school and you can enjoy the benefits before heading out to do the school run.

I offer appointments in my home treatment room. I offer a safe, warm and relaxing enviroment where I will endeavour to provide the best treatments, so that you leave my care feeling renewed and refreshed.

I use high quality products and equipment to transport you to a haven of tranquility and all treatments include a free consultation to ensure that you get the massage your body needs.

I hold a high level qualification in massage; I am fully insured and hold membership with a professional association, and am bound by a strict code of practise. I am a IFPA trained Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner, which is one of the few qualifications recognised by the NHS. IFPA is a professional body, whose strict code of conduct I abide by, including ongoing training every year.I am also a Christian, I attend The Source church in Brackley and I am the holistic therapist on the team for the Fit-Fish retreats, a fitness retreat company.

In addition to my formal qualifications, I attend seminars, workshops and courses on a regular basis to broaden my professional knowledge and to ensure that I can offer my clients the best treatments possible.
